Patient Coordinator
Kelly is an experienced and reliable dental professional with a strong background in both front desk operations and chairside assisting. She specializes in handling dental insurance tasks, including verifying benefits, submitting claims, and explaining coverage to patients in a way that’s easy to understand. She also schedules appointments, manages patient records, and ensures the front office runs smoothly day to day.
In addition to administrative duties, she is trained as a dental assistant and can step in to support the clinical team when needed. This mix of experience allows her to provide well-rounded support to both patients and staff.
